The Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Sciences (FIK) Padang State University (UNP) is exploring collaboration with the Undergraduate Program with the Physical Education Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Education (FKIP) Jambi University (UNJA), FKIP PGRI, and FKIP UNSRI Palembang.

The Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science, Padang State University, Prof. Dr. Nurul Ihsan, M. Pd revealed that this collaboration was a master's program collaboration. FIK UNP, which already has S2 and S3 study programs, offers facilities that can be utilized for FKIP UNJA Jambi, FKIP PGRI and UNSRI Palembang lecturers to continue their doctoral program education.
In addition, FIK UNP also collaborates on the Bachelor program (S1) to support the Tridharma of Higher Education.

The Coordinator of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program (S1) Dr. Aldo Naza Putra, M. Pd who was also present, accompanied by the Head of the Quality Assurance Cluster (GPM) Dr. Rika Sepriani, M. Farm, Apt stated that he happily supported this collaboration, especially to improve the human resources of lecturers and the quality of student graduates.

The meeting was short and warm, fellow PJKR Study Programs discussed the implementation of a curriculum that integrated independent learning and also discussed designing a dual degree program.
